The agreement behind every tribute

These terms apply when you order a tribute video from MSE Tribute Videos ("we," "us," "our"). By submitting the Client Story form on this site, you agree to the terms below. Questions? Email msetributevideos@gmail.com.

The service

We create a personalized song and video tribute based on the stories, photos, and details you provide. The Signature Tribute Experience is $249 and includes everything listed on our Pricing page at the time of your order.

Payment

Payment is due in full, upfront, before work begins. After you submit your story, we'll send a Venmo or PayPal payment request. Work starts once payment is received.

Revisions

You'll review and can request up to two rounds of revisions at each stage — lyrics, song, and final video edit — as described on our Pricing and Process pages. Requests for additional rounds beyond this, or substantial changes to the story or scope after work has begun, may be treated as a new order.

Delivery

Typical delivery is 5–7 business days from when we receive your completed questionnaire and photos. This is an estimate, not a guarantee — delivery may take longer during busy periods or if additional information is needed from you.

Cancellations & refunds

If you cancel before we've begun writing your lyrics, you're entitled to a full refund.
Once lyric writing has begun, the work involved is custom and creative in nature, and payments are non-refundable — though you'll still receive your two rounds of revisions at each stage to make sure the result reflects your story.
If we're unable to complete your tribute for reasons on our end, you'll receive a full refund.

Your responsibilities

You confirm that you have the right to share the photos and information you provide, and that doing so doesn't violate anyone else's rights. You're responsible for the accuracy of the names, dates, and details you share with us.

Ownership & use of your tribute

Once delivered and paid in full, the final video is yours to keep, play, and share with family and friends for personal, non-commercial purposes.

We may also use completed tributes in our own portfolio and marketing (for example, as samples on this website) unless you ask us not to. If you'd prefer your tribute stays private, just let us know and we won't use it publicly.

How the music is made

As described on our site, we use AI music technology, directed and refined by Marilyn, to compose an original song from your story. This process and the underlying tools remain ours; what's yours is the finished, personalized tribute created for your honoree.

Limitation of liability

We do everything we can to deliver a tribute you'll treasure, but creative work is inherently subjective. Our liability for any issue with your order is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren't responsible for delays or issues caused by circumstances outside our control, including problems with third-party services (like Google Drive, Venmo, PayPal, or our hosting provider).

Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we'll change the date at the top of this page. Continuing to use our services after an update means you accept the revised terms.
