What we collect

When you fill out the Client Story form on this site, we collect the information you choose to provide, which may include:

Your name, email address, and phone number
The honoree's name, occasion, and any milestone or delivery date details
The stories, memories, and details you share about the honoree
A link to a Google Drive folder you create and share with us

If you use the simpler "Need more information?" contact form, we only collect the email address you provide.

We do not use cookies, tracking pixels, or any analytics that follow you across other websites. We do not sell, rent, or share your information with advertisers.

How we use it

We use the information you provide solely to:

Create the personalized song and tribute video you've requested
Communicate with you about your order, including revisions and delivery
Respond to questions you send us

How your form submissions are handled

This website is hosted on Netlify, and form submissions are processed through Netlify's form-handling service before being forwarded to us by email. Netlify may briefly store submission data as part of that process. You can review Netlify's own privacy policy for details on how they handle data on their platform.

Photos you share

Photos are shared with us via a Google Drive folder link that you create and control — we do not host or store your photos on this website. You can revoke access to that folder at any time through your own Google account.

Payment

Payment is handled directly between you and Marilyn via Venmo or PayPal, outside of this website. We do not collect or store any payment card or bank account information through this site.

How long we keep your information

We keep the details you share for as long as needed to complete your tribute and to maintain a reasonable record of past orders. If you'd like your information deleted after your project is complete, just email us and we'll remove it.

Your choices

You can ask us at any time to:

Tell you what information we have on file for you
Correct or update that information
Delete your information from our records

Just reach out to msetributevideos@gmail.com and we'll take care of it.

Children's privacy

This site and our services are intended for adults arranging a tribute on behalf of someone else. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make changes to this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
